before you join.
please read all forms carefully! all forms close at 10 pm pst (unless said otherwise). you must be 18 years or older or have received appropriate guardian permission to join all of my group orders (i will not be responsible if you are underage and join without appropriate permission). i am very strict on correct payments/paying on time, correct order submissions, and submitting proper information. if you cannot keep up with what i give you, i do not recommend joining any of my orders. please do not ask me about the cost of ems. i will not know until i've received the status quo. i cannot guarantee ems will be cheap.

i am not responsible for: missing deadlines → lost/unchecked e-mails → incorrect item submissions → damages, delays or loss of packages once delivered damaged goods and packages during shipment. i do not have control over packages once they are sent out. late payments are unacceptable and result in a fine. if this carries with a 5 day extension after the deadline of the payment, i will forfeit your goods and you will receive no refund. there are no refund after deadlines are met! as soon as an order closes, i will give no refunds if you choose to opt out. so please make sure you are 3000% sure that you want to join the group order.

process.
there is a 3 step payment process for all my of orders. if you cannot make a payment before deadlines, please let me know beforehand (a few days before deadline) so we can make arrangements. i will likely give you a 5 day extension after the deadline to pay. failure to meet payment by deadline and even with the extension will be subject to a $1 fee for each day you miss. if you do not meet it until then, i will forfeit your goods and with no refund. if this is a regular occurance, i will blacklist you.
first payment (items purchased).
you are responsible for paying the price of the items you wish to get as well as any necessary fees i put down (partial transfer + shipping fees). conversion fees may apply!
second payment (ems/dhl).
this is payment from the maker of the goods to me. all ems + domestic deadlines are due 11 days after i have sent ems emails to you. ems will depend on weight and size of the package. may also include other fees including from maker & proxy.
third payment (me to you).
this is from me to you! i will accept international orders! note these prices may not be cheap in addition to depending on shipping service! third payments may also include supply fees no more than $3.00. conversion fees may apply!

general information!

payment options.
i am accepting payment through paypal only (my tweet) as it can be stressful for me to transfer from bank to app, app to bank, etc. through paypal, please send through family & friends. payments made through goods & services will automatically be refunded. for international joiners + paypal fees, look at this website! {make sure it is International to North America!} canadian joiners, please dm me before paying anything!
drop off days.
my set drop off packages are mondays (but i'll get them in as early i can in the week). the latest drop off day will be fridays.
refunds.
i can issue refunds ONLY IF i have paid through paypal, or if the seller refunds me. I CANNOT issue refunds if it is through a bank and the maker goes m.i.a. i can't get money back therefore i cannot issue refunds.
combining orders.
if you have more than one order in a batch, i will automatically combine them to save shipping prices. i will make sure that this is an available option for everyone.
individual/personal orders (IO/POs)
i will do individual/personal orders for certain orders. please look at the 'IOs' tab in the masterlist and fill out the request form. this is a request form so you are not guaranteed an i.o. you don't need to contact me first. i will contact you if i do or not accept your request!
package holding.
if for any reason you would like me to hold onto your domestic package, i will allow up to max 5 days (unless said otherwise). you must have paid on time for first, second, & third, or i will reject a package hold.
international orders.
i take international orders (including canada)! but please know that shipping to you from me will be quite expensive!

faq!

why don't you accept payments through goods & services?
i've seen instances where other GOMs had disputes with joiners and i don’t wish to go through what others have gone through as it is a stressful and lengthy experience. in addition to that, payments that go through G&S, i will have to pay a fee which leaves an incomplete payment to the maker. i understand that i am new to GOMs and lack the proof of past sales/trades, you can always contact me if you need the assurance that i will not be using or running away with your money. otherwise, i will keep all future proofs of trades, sales, and others under #hanniegosFB on my twitter. and to put it simply, i am not a business.
what is a group order manager?
group order managers (or GOMs) are people who open a group order in their country/area and take orders for other fans. GOMs are responsible for collecting money, making sure the order process is done correctly, placing orders for you, and sending them to you!
what is a group order?
group orders (or GOs) is pretty much a group order that allows for an easier and cheaper way to purchase goods/items (depending on how many people have joined). cheaper shipping cost/international fees.
what do you open for?
i can open for anything but please request through curiouscat! i will see if i am able to properly order and pay the maker and will let you know if i can open a group order/individual order!
